A basic cookery course of 10 lessons for those with little or no previous cookery knowledge. The aim is to give participants sufficient skill and confidence to carry on cooking after the course. The course will cover nutrition, food hygiene and knife skills. There will be a small fee for this course for shared ingredients etc. Classes will be in the early evening at All Hallows school.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays, September – December, from 17.00 to 19.00
