Pilates

Pilates We have six groups, providing exercises to improve posture, balance and flexibility, as well as strengthen muscles and keep joints mobile. Each class is run by an external qualified tutor who caters for all ability levels, with or without experience. There is a fee for each group.

  • Pilates 3 – led by Carron Wellings  – Weekly, Wednesday from 14.00
