Presenter Mike Grundy: A beautiful early-Georgian Crescent, whose obliteration by a factory in the 1920’s triggered the legal protection of London’s other green squares and crescents. Also the title of London’s most intriguing party game, a place that has inspired artists from Walter Sickert to Frank Auerbach.
